- 3 oz rum
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 4.5 oz cream of coconut
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup strawberries
- 3 shots blue curacao
- Pour rum into blender
- Add pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Separate mix into thirds, then add 1/3 back into blender.
- Add strawberries and blend until smooth.
- Pour strawberry mixture into glasses
- Pour half of the remaining white rum mixture over strawberry mixture
- Return remaining white rum mixture to blender. Add blue curacao and blend until smooth.
- Top off glass with blue rum mixture
