Ingredients
- 2- 8oz. wheels of brie cheese, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- Craisins for garnish
- 3 apples
- 1 pear
- *crackers or slices of baguette
Directions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400
- Gather up 4-8oz ramekins
- Cut each wheel of brie into 4 pieces, score the edge of the rind part using a paring knife
- Place 2 pieces of brie, scored side up into each ramekin
- Spread 2 Tbsp fig jam over the scored part of the brie
- Sprinkle 2 Tbsp pecans on top of the jam
- Take a few rosemary leaves and place on top of the pecans
- Cover each ramekin with parchment first, than foil.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- Slice your apples and pear, arrange on a platter. *add some of the crackers or bread if you want. (you can layer some or all of the ramekins into the platter)
