INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla or coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chocolate chips, egg, & vanilla in blender and chop.
  2. Heat cream in microwave until small bubbles form at edges.
  3. Pour hot cream into blender.
  4. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour into crème brulee dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and berries if desired.
