Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pesto
  • Fresh arugula
  • 4-6 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 ripe plums, sliced thin
  • fresh burrata
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzle
  • Raw pizza dough
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Start by baking the pizza dough on a large cookie sheet (or Temp-tations stoneware platter) according to the package directions
  2. While the dough is baking, assemble your other ingredients
  3. Once the flatbread is cooled, start by spreading the pesto on the pizza crust
  4. Add arugula, prosciutto, sliced plums
  5. Break up the burrata over the flatbread
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbread, finish with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Slice and serve immediately
