INGREDIENTS
- 1 package sliced mozzarella cheese
- 6 large grape tomatoes
- 12 large basil leaves
- 6–12 black olives
- Balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS
- Arrange the mozzarella slices on a platter.
- Top with a basil leaf – place several drops of balsamic glaze in the center of the leaf.
- Slice a grape tomato in half and place in center of basil leaf.
- Clip the end of the grape tomato to form a “V”.
- Slice the black olives into quarters and place on the tomato to form the head of the ladybug.
- With a toothpick dot the “bugs” with the balsamic glaze.
