Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 ½-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp sugar
- dash cayenne
- salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
- In a non-reactive bowl or plastic bag, combine oil, garlic, wine, lime juice, and spices. Add chicken pieces and marinate 2-12 hours in fridge.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water. Add chicken to skewers.
- When ready to cook, you can either use your outdoor grille or an indoor grille pan. Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning once. These will also work well in the air fryer at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes. Serve on a temp-tations® Lid-It®.
