Dressed Up Guacamole: 3 Recipes

Here are 3 of my go-to recipes for adding some pizzaz to a store-bought container of guacamole. They are incredibly easy to make and taste so good, only you and I will know it's semi-homemade!

Traditional Chunky Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz container of guacamole
  • 8 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro

Mediterranean Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz container of guacamole
  • ½ cup feta
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ cup chopped Kalamata olives

Tropical Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Mint to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS (FOR ALL)

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a medium bowl with your store-bought guacamole.
  2. Serve with your preferred dippers. I suggest any of the following, but feel free to get creative: toasted baguette slices, thick-cut potato chips, tortilla chips, crackers, plantain chips.... and whatever else strikes your fancy!
