Ingredients
- ½ Tbsp softened BUTTER
- 1 cup All-purpose flour

½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 tsp butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Directions

Butter the bottom of the pan. Cut a parchment round and place in the bottom of the pan. Coat the parchment and sides of the pan. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Whisk in the flour until just combined.
- With a rubber spatula fold the apples into the batter until evenly coated
- Bake until lightly brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
