Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into spears (If you have time, place the spears on a plate lined with parchment and put them in the freezer to replace ice cubes!)
- 3 limes
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 2 Bottles of cold ginger beer, 12 oz each
- 2 oz clear rum (optional)
- Ice (optional)

Directions
- Start by cutting 1 lime into slices for garnish.
- In a small pitcher, juice the other two limes and add the mango nectar, stir with a wooden spoon. (If you adding alcohol, pour in 2 oz of clear rum.)
- Add the mango spears and split the nectar mixture between two tall glasses.
- Top the glasses with ginger beer, give them a quick stir and add lime slices to the glass and on the rim for garnish.
- Enjoy!
