Green Mimosa

BEVERAGES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed and chilled
  • 1 cup Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 750 ml chilled champagne or prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill your champagne flute about ⅓ of the way full with orange juice.
  2. Add a splash of blue curacao until the champagne flute is about ½ full and desired shade of green is reached.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling wine.
  4. Serve it with an orange or lime slice garnish
