In a large bowl beat sugar, oil, honey, eggs, orange juice and vanilla until well blended. In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Gradually beat dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Do not overbeat.
Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Arrange the berries in a flag pattern with blueberries in the upper left corner and the raspberries in rows like an American flag.
Continue baking an additional 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool over a wire rack until completely cooled.
Make the glaze and drizzle it over cake. Serve with additional berries and/or whipped cream.
