
APPETIZER
INGREDIENTS
- 1¼ cups almonds
- 1¼ cups pecans
- 1½ cups cashews, unsalted
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cayenne, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Cover a baking sheet or temp-tations® Lid-It® in parchment paper and set aside.
- Place all nuts in a large skillet and toast lightly over medium-high heat. Add butter, sugar, and spices and cook until butter and sugar are melted and nuts are well coated.
- Transfer nuts to prepared pan and let cool completely.
Tara’s Tidbits®: This nut mix is soooo good, and when you give it as a homemade holiday gift with one of my stoneware bowls or ramekins, it will be gobbled up! Any combination of nuts will work for the recipe—just make sure you use 4 cups total.
