Orange Cream Mimosa

  • 2 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 orange zested
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 bottle champagne


  1. Place orange juice, zest, half and half, and sugar into blender and process until sugar has dissolved. Pour this mixture in shallow pan and freeze until hard about 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove frozen orange mixture from freezer and let soften slightly.
  3. Using a scoop or tablespoon scrape out a small scoop and place into champagne glass. Slowly fill glass with champagne
  4. Serve garnished with strawberries.
