
APPETIZERS & DIPS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
- ½ cup thinly sliced yellow or purple onion
- 1, 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped or shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or crackers for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced green pepper and onion and sauté until slightly tender, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sautéed pepper and onion mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish and top evenly with half of the shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly browned.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or crackers.
