Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice extract
- 2 cans cream cheese frosting
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Pumpkin pie spice (optional, for garnish)

- Using a frosting piping bag with a large tip will give your cupcakes a very professional look
- Add an extra bit of fun to these by topping with a fall candy, like a candy corn pumpkin!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Line cupcake pans with baking cups (makes 24 standard cupcakes)
- Prepare the cake mix using the directions on the box and add the pumpkin spice extract
- Divide the mixture into 24 cupcakes
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- While the cupcakes bake, mix cream cheese frosting and 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Cool completely, then use a spatula or piping bag with a large tip to frost cupcakes
- Dust the cupcakes with pumpkin pie spice before serving & enjoy!
