Roasted Shrimp with Orzo

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig*
- 1 fresh thyme sprig*
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 18-20 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ box orzo
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- hot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Place the first 8 ingredients in a temp-tations® 11x7 baker and put baker in preheated 400°F oven until butter melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add shrimp to baker and stir. Bake uncovered until the shrimp turn pink, about 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Meanwhile, cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Once shrimp has finished cooking, discard herbs from baker. Stir in sour cream and hot sauce to taste.
- Place orzo on a platter and top with shrimp. Serve immediately.
*If you do not have fresh herbs, use 1 tsp dried thyme and ½ tsp dried rosemary
