Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 ½ cups turkey, shredded
  • ¾ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ cup green beans, diced
  • 1 cup turkey gravy
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  

Directions

 

  1. Combine turkey and cranberry sauce and spread evenly on bottom of a 2-quart temp-tations® baking dish.
  2. Spoon leftover mashed potatoes over turkey, then sprinkle corn and green beans over top.
  3. Mix together milk and leftover gravy and spread evenly over potatoes and veggies.
  4. Break up leftover stuffing, sprinkle it on, and lightly drizzle chicken broth over top.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.*
  6. Serve with additional gravy.

If you’d like the stuffing topping to be crispy, remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of baking time.
