Directions

 

  1. Bake pizzas in a 425ºF oven until cheese is melted and flatbread is crispy and brown.

 

Classic Margherita Pizza

 

  1. Spread ¼ cup of pizza sauce on flatbread.
  2. Top with mozzarella cheese and dot with 1-2 tablespoons of pesto. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon good olive oil.
  3. Top finished pizza with fresh basil if available.

 

Three Cheese Pepperoni Pizza

 

  1. Spread ¼ cup of pizza sauce on flatbread.
  2. Dot with mixture of mozzarella, parmesan, and Romano cheese.
  3. Cover with pepperoni (I used turkey pepperoni but it’s your choice).

 

Prosciutto, Fig & Mozzarella

 

  1. Spread 2-3 tablespoons fig jam on flatbread.
  2. Top with mozzarella cheese and chunks of prosciutto ham—torn with your fingers.
  3. Finish baked pizza with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and fresh arugula.
