Valentine's Rice Krispy Hearts

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 5-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate melts
  • 1 cup vanilla melts
  • Valentine sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in Rice Krispy cereal, stirring until completely coated.
  4. Using a buttered spatula spread mixture into a 13. X 9 inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool
  5. When completely cooled cut out hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutter.
  6. In two small ramekins melt chocolate and vanilla melts. Dip ½ hearts in melted chocolate. Decorate  with valentine sprinkles.
