Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • ranch dressing, for dipping




  1. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, unfold puff pastry dough.
  2. In a large bowl combine hot sauce, cream cheese, and butter. Fold in chicken.
  3. Spread mixture onto pastry dough. Sprinkle cheddar on top.
  4. Tightly roll dough to form a log. Place log on cutting board, seam side down, and with a serrated knife slice into 12 ¾-inch rounds.
  5. Place pinwheels on baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400ºF oven for 15-20 minutes, until pastry is golden brown and crusty.
  6. Serve on a temp-tations® platter with ranch dressing for dipping.
