Shipping & Handling Update

Please note: Possible shipping delays
Our warehouse will be closed the first week of January 2024 while we complete our annual inventory process. Orders placed during this time will likely have slight shipping delays. We thank you in advance for your patience.

At temp-tations, it has always been our mission to exceed your expectations. We are working as quickly as we can to fulfill your orders, as we know how important they are to you. 

If you have created an account, you may check your order online at any time to see the current status. You may also see order status & tracking within the SHOP app on your smartphone. Visit your app store to download the app.

Please note: To make a change to or cancel your order, please call the customer service team at 1-800-442-8677. To ensure prompt attention to your needs, order changes and inquiries can only be made via phone. Additionally, order changes can only be made on orders that haven't yet processed or shipped from our warehouse. 

What are your product shipping options?

In addition to our Standard Shipping option (7-10 business days), we also offer 2 Day Express Delivery.

Does temp-tations ship outside of the Contiguous U.S.?

Currently, we are not shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Does temp-tations ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we are now shipping orders to P.O. Boxes throughout the United States with Standard Shipping only.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process. Your credit card will be charged at time of order, regardless of the scheduled shipping or delivery date. Delivery time depends on which of the following shipping options were selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping with 7-10 Business Day Delivery

  • 2 Day Express Delivery

How long will it take for pre-orders to be processed?

Pre-order items will ship within 5-7 business days of their arrival at our distribution center. To reserve your product for you, your credit card will be charged at the time of order, regardless of the scheduled shipping or delivery date.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on your order subtotal before tax. The tables below provide pricing guidelines for shipping. To get the most value for the price of shipping your order, please reference this information before checkout. The closer your order sub-total is to the high-end of a price range, the better value you will receive in shipping.
