PET TREATS

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins

Prep Time: 10 mins

Freeze Time: at least 2 hours

Yield: 18 large or 36 small treats

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (IMPORTANT: Make sure there is no xylitol in the peanut butter. Xylitol is toxic to dogs.)
  • 32 oz plain yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by placing all the ingredients into a food processor. If you have a smaller model, do this in two steps. Blend until creamy.
  2. Pour mixture into silicone molds, use an appropriate size for your furry friend!
  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Pop out of the molds and serve to your companion on a plate or bowl, these are especially great for after walks on hot days!
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Tara’s Tidbits®: It helps to use small pitchers for pouring, and small trays or plates under the molds for transportation to the freezer.
