INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup pineapple diced
- 3 basil leaves
- 6 oz seltzer water
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- In high ball glass combine basil, simple syrup and diced pineapple. Muddle together.
- Top mixture with ice
- Pour seltzer over the pineapple basil mixture and ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and basil.
