Pineapple Basil Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup pineapple diced
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 6 oz seltzer water
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  • In high ball glass combine basil, simple syrup and diced pineapple. Muddle together.
  • Top mixture with ice
  • Pour seltzer over the pineapple basil mixture and ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and basil.
