Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple diced
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 6 oz seltzer water
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup

Directions

    1. In high ball glass combine basil, simple syrup and diced pineapple. Muddle together.
    2. Top mixture with ice
    3. Pour seltzer over the pineapple basil mixture and ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and basil.
