INGREDIENTS
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- ⅔ cups milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease two 19-ounce temp-tations® loaf pans (or three 12oz mini loaf pans).
- Pour one cup of yellow cake mix into a medium mixing bowl; set aside.
- Combine remaining cake mix, ½ cup melted butter, and 1 egg; mix well. Press into bottom of loaf pans for the bottom crust.
- In another mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, remaining 2 eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined. Dividing evenly, pour over the crust layer in the loaf pans.
- Next, add sugar and cinnamon into the mixing bowl containing the 1 cup of yellow cake mix. Cut in butter until the mixture looks crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the pumpkin filling in the loaf pans.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the bars comes out clean.
