Rotisserie buffalo chicken dip served on a dish

Equipment

Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken, shredded or cubed small.
  • 1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened and cubed.
  • 1 8oz bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing.
  • 2 scallions sliced thin.
  • Tortilla chips, celery etc. for serving.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, half the mozzarella, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  3. Pour into a 2QT baker, and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and top with sliced scallions.
  5. Serve hot next to a platter of veggies and tortilla chips.
  6. Enjoy!
