Ingredients
Filling
- 4 Cups Rhubarb, diced
- 4 cups Strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
Topping
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Turbinado sugar

Directions

In a large bowl mix the fruit, sugar, cinnamon and Cornstarch. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 “ pan.
- Make Topping: Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking power and salt.
- Beat together the milk, egg, and vanilla with the cooled melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients.
- Mix batter and spread over the fruit. Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the fruit bubbles and the topping is brown.
- Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
