INGREDIENTS
- 4, 14oz bags store bought coleslaw cabbage mix
- 1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- In medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dijon mustard, capers, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine
- In large mixing bowl combine store bought cole slaw mix and dressing mixture. Toss well to evenly coat. For best results refrigerate over night before serving.
